MEET OUR TEAM

  • Stephen Osley

    CEO + FOUNDER

    Stephen is the founder & CEO of Osley & Associates. During his career he has built over 750 custom homes in varying price ranges. Stephen is a graduate of the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and has been a custom home builder for over 34 years.

    Cam Osley

    VICE PRESIDENT

    Cam is a graduate of Samford University’s Brock School of Business and has a master’s degree in business administration. He is the third generation builder at Osley & Associates with his Grandfather Garry and Father Stephen.

    PARTNER

    Garry has built over 1000+ homes in his 50+ years of experience. He also has developed some of the finer neighborhoods in North Atlanta.

  • Steve Williams

    LEAD SUPERINTENDENT

    Steve has been part of Osley & Associates for more than 30 years. Steve is the lead superintendent and oversees jobs during the construction process. He is known for his personable and knowledgable approach.

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Leisa has been with Osley & Associates since the beginning. She uses her expertise in bookeeping and financials to ensure the smooth operation of our company. She also manages our office.

    Jordan Alikraish

    OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Jordan Alikraish is a graduate of Wofford College with a decade of experience in administration. Jordan oversees administrative tasks and JobTread, the building platform we use to communicate with clients.

Your Questions Answered

  • We build custom homes throughout North Georgia, including Cumming, Dahlonega, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and surrounding areas.

  • We work with a trusted group of subcontractors that we’ve built long-standing relationships with over many years. Many of our trade partners have worked with us for over 25 years, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and craftsmanship on every project.

  • We operate on a cost-plus construction model. All project costs are shared transparently with the client, and a builder’s fee is applied on top of the total cost.

  • Once construction begins, the average build time is approximately 9 months, depending on the size and complexity of the home.

  • We encourage clients to bring inspiration from anywhere—social media, magazines, Pinterest, or personal ideas. From there, we work closely with you and our design partners to translate your vision into a fully custom home tailored to your lifestyle and preferences.
