Initial Consultation

Every exceptional home begins with a conversation.

We schedule a call to understand your vision, lifestyle, design preferences, budget, and goals for your new home. This meeting allows us to learn what matters most to you and establish a clear path forward.*

STEP TWO

Project Discovery

We discuss your desired layout, architectural style, special features, site considerations, and overall project scope. This helps ensure everyone is aligned before design work begins.

If you already have ideas or inspiration references, we review them together in detail.

STEP THREE

Design Development

Selecting the right architect is an important step in creating a truly custom home.

We recommend trusted architectural professionals and coordinate meetings to ensure your vision, budget, and construction goals are integrated from the beginning.

Working closely with you, the architect develops detailed plans tailored to your lifestyle and preferences.

Once the initial plans are completed, we review them together.

We walk through every detail, discuss potential improvements, and make any necessary revisions to ensure the design perfectly reflects your vision before construction begins.

STEP FOUR

Construction

With plans finalized and approvals in place, construction starts.

Our team manages every phase of the build, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, and keeping you informed throughout the process. We focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional building experience.

We have built long-standing relationships with the best subcontractors in our area. Some of our trade relationships exceed 25 years of unmatched quality.

STEP FIVE

Final Walkthrough & Delivery

As construction nears completion, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough with you.

Together, we create a punch list of any final adjustments, touch-ups, or items that need attention. Our team completes each item to ensure the home meets our standards and your expectations.

Once all punch list items are completed, we deliver your finished home and provide a thorough orientation of its features and systems. We hand over the keys knowing your custom home has been built with care to last for generations.

We build custom homes throughout North Georgia, including Cumming, Dahlonega, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and surrounding areas.
We work with a trusted group of subcontractors that we’ve built long-standing relationships with over many years. Many of our trade partners have worked with us for over 25 years, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and craftsmanship on every project.
We operate on a cost-plus construction model. All project costs are shared transparently with the client, and a builder’s fee is applied on top of the total cost.
Once construction begins, the average build time is approximately 9 months, depending on the size and complexity of the home.
We encourage clients to bring inspiration from anywhere—social media, magazines, Pinterest, or personal ideas. From there, we work closely with you and our design partners to translate your vision into a fully custom home tailored to your lifestyle and preferences.
